Club policy
These are the requirements listed below that should be followed by all players. It is crucial to take all these policies into consideration to become a successful football club and help players to feel safe and comfortable.
Respect other players- This is the most basic requirement that should be followed by everyone. Every player should be treated with pure respect and manners regardless of their language, ethnicity, disability and many more. We do not accept players treating other unequally because this can cause disappointment and unwanted problems.
Avoid using inappropriate words in the club – This is important because some unformal words can hurt an individual and this could cause further problems such as physical fights and many more. Furthermore, parents wouldn’t send their children if they found out they have been bullied or been called inappropriate words. So we do not tolerate anyone using inappropriate words in this club, so please do avoid it.
Punctuality- We expect players to come to training or important games on time as this can delay the match. Please do arrive early for your training and games so that we can be fully prepared and finally win as a team.
Please contact us if you cannot attend- This policy is important because we need to know if you are coming to trainings or games. We do understand that you might have emergencies and important events which means you are unlikely to come. So please do contact us so that we will be prepared and helps us to be aware of our circumstances.
Important notice !
If players fail to follow any of these policies, this will result in them facing consequences such as being sent from training or games. We strictly don’t accept any inappropriate language and words from players with the intent to hurt someone. We are generous enough to sanction warnings however, if we do notice repeated bullying or using inappropriate language then this could possibly mean that players would be asked to leave the premises. We hope that you have read all the policies and taken them into consideration. At the end we are all a team, and our intention is to grow together and build this Goan football club and tackle any challenges now and in future.
